Printing the log

Post by Sempka »

Moved to a new Computer using Windows 11. Everything seems to work except I can't get the printing to use the MCotrone-A5Logbook-Modified.crd file that I had been using. It has been a while since I have tried to print it seems to default to Logbook.crd. Do I need to rename the file that I want to use? Have there been changes that the old file no longer works?
Thanks
Karl

Hello Karl

You have to select the report file which you want to use. Just click the blue link with the "Logbook.crd" and select your own report.

Kind regards,

When I click on the print to open the print dialog, it takes several minutes (4 to 5) to open, is that normal?
Thanks

Hi Karl

No, it's not normal. Is the report file stored locally on the PC or on a network drive? Can you try the function "File > Logbook Maintenance > Compress Logbook" to see if that helps?

Kind regards,
Sven

Everything is stored locally on the PC. I have compressed the log file and it still has the same behavior.
Thanks

A clean install solved the printing problem.
